This is an idea of our leadership training and naturalizing program.
Silver kids is an organization that focuses on communication, education and natural disaster skills. The young people who go through our program, learn how to communicate with each other as well as with farm animals and horses. These skills will assist the young people in their, communities with addressing dire needs as well as increasing a sense of purpose. These goals will be achieved with the use of heavy as well as light equipment and tools.
About Us
We are a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization
Our organization focuses on teaching young people to think as a group as well as individuals along with thinking beyond self. This is accomplished with the use of horses and ponies along with tools and equipment used on most farms and ranches. The young people will learn how to communicate and interact with the animals, work together and accomplish different ranch task along with learning the responsibilities involved with driving and handling different equipment.
Essentially, our program is a black cowboy/scouting program. With all of the natural disasters being reported in the news across the world, cowboy and scouting skills are becoming more and more necessary. Some of the skills that will be taught to the young people will be: natural horsemanship
